Initial Comments:
A follow-up survey completed June 8, 2022, found that Family Choice Healthcare had corrected the deficiencies cited under PA Code, Title 28, Health and Safety, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart A, Chapter 51. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a State relicensure survey completed March 18, 2022.
